I am on Yaz and I am doing pretty good on it! I am on my forth month of it so that may have something to do with it. I still have my headaches, but I've had them since before going on Yaz. Other than that I don't feel much different on them...Let us know how you made out at your doctors appointment! Jacquie

Hi, I am on Midodrine, but I think the POTS is what has caused me to have a prob with my memory. If this is something new for her then it was def. a good idea to contact the doctor...Did the symptoms set in after she started the Mestinon? Let us know what the doc says! Jacquie

Hi, Just curious to see if anyone else has noticed a decreased amt of urination through out the day. I drink plenty of fluids but somedays I only urinate twice a day...I am wondering if maybe the midodrine might have something to do with it?? Jacquie

Hi and thank you both for replying . I have gotten soo much paperwork explaining amts and what not, I just don't know WHEN...I do know that my monthly payments are beginning in May so I am thankful for that much information, I would like to get caught up on my bills and avoid goingto court at all costs but I can only catch up once I receive the backpay. Hi guys, Just curious for those of you who got approved for SSDI how long did you have to wait to receive your back pay?? I did get help from the state so I know that the state has to be payed back ( I live in Massachusetts). However, whenever I talk to someone from the SSA 1-800 number, etc. I always get a different answer. I was just told that I am going to have to wait until 90 days after my lawyer is paid to receive my backpay...I've never heard this one before...I am just stressed out from bills, as a bill I owe is taking me to court over $500.00. Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone else seems to have what I have going on....I have been sooo tired all day that i have only been awak for the past 2.5 hours. mI haave horrible nausea which is nothing new, but I am alot dizzier than usual and i broke out in a cold sore which i rarely get. When standing I feel like I am going to pass out. I tried taking my dose of midodrine but i feel horrible still. sound like a bug ? thanks jacquie

Hi guys, I've been having severe headaches with nausea off and on. Sometimes I have one without the other...Just curious what I can eat with the aweful nausea..?! I am going in for more testing with my GI doc and I'm starting to wonder if I am getting migraine headaches..Also, I usually feel disoriented and dizzy when I get these...Any advice is very much appreciated... Hi guys, For the nausea the oncall doc has called in Compazine...Anyone have any experiences, good or bad with this particular med? Also for long term help my doc wants to prescribe Amitriptyline 10mg he said he has had patients respond well to this med for their nausea. Anyone have any experiences with this med as well, good or bad? Thanks in advance. Jacquie

Hi, I can totally relate to you. I just recently found out that I have been approved after waiting 2.5 years. The first time I got denied then my lawyer and I appealed it and it never went to a hearing because my med records were good enough and the judge approved my claim. The day I found out I literally cried, because it took a lot out of me. It's a very long and hard fight, but hopefully in the end it will pay off for you. Hi guys, I just found out today that a bank I got a loan from years ago is bringing me to court because I am unable to pay my bill for them. I sent them a copy of the notice from SSDI saying that I am waiting for a decision (found out I have been approved recently) and I have even sent some checks in the amt of a dollar, all I could basically afford. I also talked to the bank about my situation. Does anyone have any ideas for me? I have no idea when I am getting my SSDI payments, so I am basically waiting to hear...I just can't believe that I am being brought to court over this, esp where they know my situation.
