Hi, I too get dizzy when the Midodrine wears off. I take 10mg-15mg 3 to 4 times a day, but in the summer it barely helps me at those doses. If the 1.5mg works for you then I'd talk to your doctor and just keep taking it that way. When the Midodrine kicks in for me sometimes I get a full feeling in my head that last for about 10 mins or so...Other than that I seem to do fine. Glad you have found something that helps you! Hi, I was told over the phone that there is no need for a hearing since the Judge made an on the record decision..This info was given to me by my judge's assistant..That was a little over a month ago and I havent heard anything. I called my lawyer and he wasnt' too much help, just said to keep waiting....Sigh.....

Hi, SO about a month ago I was told by the hearings office that there was an on the record decision made regarding my claim...However it has been over a month and the SSI office has nothing in their computer system...Has anyone else had the same thing???? I know that On the Record decisions are usually favorable because you don't need a hearing, the judge just looked at medical files and made a decision...So I guess I'm asking how long it has taken others who have gotten approved to get their first check or atleast some notification?! Thanks!

Hi guys, Sick of carrying this extra weight I decided (against better judgement) to try using a treadmill for 10 minutes going 1.5 mph...well after 10 minutes I got off and felt sooo dizzy I don't even know how I managed to stand up...Did this ever happen to anyone else?? What causes this? Thanks!

Hi guys, Just wanted to give you guys an update about the nausea issues..I went to see Dr. Lowe a GI doc @ BMC...what a great guy! He had an excellent bedside manner and I am very pleased with how my apptmt went. I am being scheduled for a Gastric Emptying Study (I'm going to have the date sometime next week). I have to make a follow up after the apptmt...Just wanted to let you guys know that I am getting somewhere with this crazy nausea!! Jacquie

Hi guys, I was recently prescribed Yaz birth control pills...I'm just curious if anyone else here is taking the same pills...and what their experiences have been so far...Also did anyone have to adjust their Midodrine dose due to the fact they are taking b/c pills. I am on 10mg of Midodrine. Thanks! Jacquie

I all my doctors suspect that I am having the same type of seizures...My mother has epilepsy so I am being sent to a neuro who specialized in Epilepsy...Hope you find some answers/treatment. Jacquie

Hi, I hope this doesn't come off as whining, but I just have no where to turn where anyone else understands...The stomache nausea is horrible..Today I felt soo hungry, I literally ate soo much food and now I feel soo sick...Does anyone else get this??? Then of course there are the days I can barely eat anything and feel sick as well...I was talking to my boyfriend and told him I felt sick to my stomach and he's like I'm sure your gonna be fine...I know he meant well but those type of comments aggravate me!!! Yea, maybe I'll be fine in 3 days and only feel good for one day........arrrgghhhhh!!!! Anyhow, my cardio/EP wants me to see a new gastro. at BMC and the cardio's office called and got voicemail so they left a message. Then today I was told to call the gastros office and then they tell me to call nuclear medicine, THEN im told my cardio has to make the referral...ahhhhhh..... On top of all this I feel like I have a stomach bug because I can't stop using the bathroom...sorry I don't mean to gross anyone out!!!! Anyhow, hope everyone is doing okay out there! Jacquie

Hi, Just curious to see if anyone else saw a past episode that was on today (repeat)...One of the girls fainted and she told everyone that she has fainted since she was 3 years old and hadn't fainted for years...She said there was a problem with her vagus nerve...Just thought it was interesting! I'm just a little curious about what is exactly in some of the stuff, i.e. Airborne, etc. because I know some of it has herbs in it that shouldnt be mixed with certain meds, etc...
