  1. They were talking about it on the news this morning as well.
  2. It's wierd, but unless I drink a ENERGY drink (DIONNA your funny) then I don't notice a difference.
  3. My 6 year old is missing her 2 front teeth....ready for Christmas! LOL Is she your only child? I enjoy the milestones but find it harder with my last child. Knowing I'm not going to have anymore sets off the panic of them growing too fast.
  4. I didn't get a chance to read every ones response, but I wanted to let you know that your not alone. My Dr's still aren't quite sure what's going on with me. I'm sorry your feeling like this and I know it's even worse when you don't have any answers. (((HUGS))) Amber
  5. Bless her heart! I understand how you feel though! My 3 year old son is the care giver when someone doesn't feel well. Usually me.
  6. I too have problems. I gained some extra pounds after having my kids so I was beginning to exercise to lose weight when I realized something was wrong with me. Walking usually isn't too bad, but anything that has me bending over or sitting up repeatedly really sets me off. I had a stress test, both the treadmill and the medicated. I couldn't complete either one.
  7. I can definitely see your struggle. Hang in there, time may be the answer. (((HUGS)))
  8. What a night!! Hope it's better today.
  9. To the birthday girl! Have a wonderful birthday.... Amber
  10. It's very easy to want to compare. I have as well. Sorry if I repeat anything that has already been said...I just kinda skimmed through. Sometimes titles don't mean a thing. Just remind yourself what YOU accomplish. That's what matters most. We are all so different. Not just because of illness but also what we have gone through with everyday life. Just because others can physically do things doesn't mean there hearts are into it. Don't cheat yourself. Like the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. Amber
  11. While on meds I think I would be in the 100-120. I don't think it's gotten over 120 with meds? Amber
  12. My legs and bottom become very itchy sometimes when I walk. It can be embarrassing that's for sure. I do get the creepy crawlies as well at times. Amber
  13. Hi, I have a very hard time with exercise. I have been forcing myself though because I want it to be recorded on the event monitor I'm wearing. I can't say it's easy, but I do feel better for it. Take care, Amber
  14. Hey, Tachy is considered a rapid heart rate with anything over 100 beats per min. What do you do when you have the holter on? My advice would be to do things that trigger an episode. With reason of course. The holter is the only thing that has picked up anything at all for me.....besides a couple of EKG's that is. I'm on an event monitor right now. Since I'm on meds the holter didn't pick up anything significant this last time. So they hope wearing one for 30 days will help. Maybe? Best of luck, Amber
  15. My migraines vary with intensity. Some days it's not too terrible. Others I wish I would die to end the pain. I notice that the pain does in fact get so bad that the though of laying, sitting still would drive me insane! I rock if forced to be in one spot. I only notice abdominal pain if I have vomited, but then again I never paid attention. I get pale and can even run a fever when I have a migraine. Sorry your dealing with these awful things! Take care, Amber
  16. I was on the depo.......never again! It did a number on me. My doctor agreed that I couldn't stay on it. This was a while ago though, before I got sick. I remember being in pain a lot while on it. That and I gained 20 pounds. I did have a bout of depression on it as well. The pill worked better for me. Though again, I have not been on anything since I became ill. Best of luck, Amber
  17. Hi and welcome, Don't worry about the length of your post.....we all understand. That's what we are hear for. I also have your symptoms except for the fainting. I have been close, but haven't that I know of. I understand your frustrations. Hang in there. Take care and best wishes, Amber
  18. Hi Jodie, Does this mean you live in Arizona? LOL If so what part? I know a great doctor who is good at "listening" to his patients if your interested. He's still trying to diagnose me. Anyway, your doctor sounds like he/she is blowing you off. I would look for another doc. Welcome and best wishes, Amber
  19. I agree with everyone else, it is definitely time to find another doctor. You have enough on your plate without dealing with that sort of care. I'm very sorry your visit went so poorly, don't give up though. I know it's difficult to find a good doctor sometimes, but I have my fingers crossed you won't have too much trouble. Best of luck, Amber
