  2. I have taken ambein everynight for years,I cannot sleep without,I don't seem to have any bad side effects,Pat
  3. I talked with the surgeon and the anesthsioligist(sp) before my last surg. They gave me extra fluids and nausea meds.,that really helped and I did pretty well.Don't be afraid to voice any concerns.Best of luck with your surg. Pat

  6. Everything exhausts me,I do rest,but I don't sleep alot, I can't. I always feel like am running on high,but my body can't do what my mind wants.Does this make sense to anybody else,anyone else feel like this? Pat

  11. I know there are so many young people with POTS. I am curious as to how many developed it at an older age,and what was the cause? I did not get POTS til I was 55,after back surgery. Thanks Pat

  16. Hi everyone,I know many of you have been thru this and some are still going thru this,(so I know you can relate). I have been disabled since July of 2003,I had lower back surg.and that's when POTS any many other medical conditions began. I have been denied SSD, several times and have been waiting for a hearing since Nov. of 2005. My file was sent to Idaho in Jan.of 2008,I live in Ohio.I was told today by my lawyer's office that Idaho did not approve but sent it back to Cleve.to see if someone here will approve it or I will still have a hearing.When??? Anyway thanks for listening and please wish me luck,Thanks Pat
  17. After reoccurring uti's (every couple of months for about 2 yrs.) and a cystoscopy,my Dr. started me on a low dose of antibiotics for 3 months.I just started them today,and was wondering if anyone has tried this and if so what were your results? Thanks Pat
  18. I do take phenergan ,only as needed,.I have 25 mg ,I cut that in half,it works for me, it does however make very sleepy,but no other side effects. Hope this helps ,good luck Pat

  21. Anyone else have severe hand and arm cramps? I have had them off and on for awhile(more on right now).I am going to mention it to my Dr. next week,thought maybe I am lacking something? Any ideas? Thanks Pat
