I said I'd like to wait and do the lifestyle changes and recover from this bad experience she said well if you ever want to work and live again you have to follow the plan. Note... I'm the first pots pt in my neck of the woods. I will not feel bullied to start any medication I'm back to work modified and my life modified from being bedbound. Knowing any moment that can change. Maybe meds in the future. But now the side effects might be worse than the daily grind I experience. How are things now pumpkin?
  8. Same thing happened to me tonight for first time. Heart rate dropped to 60s and BP was high 140/90s... I had just clocked out from work. Hubby picked me up and I came home to sleep.started with Vertigo, I've had pots for one year and I've learned not one of us is the same... And our symptoms aren't even consistent. I'm glad you got checked out and I wish there was monitoring for us to help us and the research in the wonderful world of dysautonomia I'm chalking my episode to the fact that it's below freezing here. Although I was inside and warm. Maybe I got too hot. Sigh... Feel better!
  9. I have yet to be on meds... I tried a bb and it didn't go well. I'm seeing the most benefit from PT... But cycle weeks are the worst!
