  1. Hi Flop, I have been using the Tens twice at the hospital with my PT. That's why she told me to buy one because it helps with my migraines. My insurance pays for it if I buy one but they don't pay if I rent. I went to 5 different stores today with prices varying from 100$ to 900$. My insurance will pay 450$. Hi Sandy, I will PM you. Thanks

  9. Hi, Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Mary, I followed your suggestion and found 2x1"x24" mattress that I put one on top of the other in the middle of my bed and I was able to sleep without pain last night. I will call the store tomorrow to ask for an exchange. I think I will ask for the softess. My bed does all the positions: head up, feet up, head up and feet up, head up and feet down, head down and feet up. I keep it flat normally but when I go to bed with Amatine still working I lift the head until the Amatine wears off.

  22. Hi, I don't know if anyone noticed but out of the 13 top posters 12 cannot work (are disabled and can't work). Those posters are generous of their time, knowledge and help many others on the forum. I don't think the non workers mean to hurt others but they want to share their feelings as they have walked further on the road of having this disorder and mourning their losses. We cannot totally understand someone until we walk in their shoes!
  23. Hi, When I was able to work I had to stop working outside because I would on the bus or the subway. So I studied to become a therapist and work from my office at home. I would lie down between clients and sleep in the afternoon if I did not have clients. I hired someone to clean the house and do the cooking. So I only concentrated on working and studying. Now I can't manage anymore. Just taking care of my body takes all my energy.

  25. Hi, This is not my medical experience but going on terminology. I think it means that they want to find if there is a lesion in the circuit before the ganglion, after the ganglion or none at all. Ganglions store antibodies and the lymph.
