Hello friends! I've recently been told by my Dr. that light excercise may help my extreme fatigue. But I am so tired that when I do have energy I try and clean my bathroom and do things that actually need done around my house...does this sound familiar to anyone? I would love to try some light weight-lifting, etc. But is this realistic?? What do you guys think? If it is actually going to help me improve it's definitely worth a try. I would love feedback regarding your endeavors in this area, whether it's weightlifting, walking, or whatever. Thanks again! Lisa
