  1. Rama, I want to but after reading about what they wanna do, I'm a little scared!!!
  2. I'm familiar with the generic info, just cUrious if there is any info pertaining more specifically to pots?
  3. What did Dr G say we're risk factors? Anything different than the usual suspects post-viral, pregnancy, surgery, trauma, EDS, etc?
  4. I can never find any real info saying that ... Do you have a source? Everything I read says that your resting should be between 60-100. Is there an average walking HR? Everyone is so different. I know a Dr who drinks a ton of coffee & candy so her(walking around) HR is always above 120 she feels more energetic lol
  5. I'm always over 100 when up and doing stuff... What's normal though? I mean, I'm chasing two crazy girls around all day going up and down stairs & my house etc.. It doesn't necessarily bother me, so is 110 a problem? Any idea what a non-pots persons HR is while up and active? Cause resting HR is different than a normal active Hr Kwim?
  6. I just got the information from his nurse for studies to participate in... Has Anyone else volunteered for him?
  7. Interesting, so what do your results mean? Is that a significant drop?

  17. Has anyone noticed their pooling is worse in the evening? My veins are so engorged every afternoon evening, but fine during the morning... But what's really weird is that my HR is faster in the am, slower in the PM. Which doesn't make sense if pooling is causing the tachycardia
  18. Rich-- I take aspirin everyday b/c I have a patent foramen ovale with an intra-atrial aneurysm. any who, I also have this varicose vein that has gotten so much worse since February since I started aspirin. Ive had the stupid vein since my first pregnancy and it got a little worse during my 2nd pregnancy, then was the same till feb of this year then BAM it seems like its getting worse by the week. It's either POTS (bad veins) or the aspirin, I'm not taking anything else (besides an Ssri) ...
