Mouse In Bugville

Hiya everyone. Since I was feeling a little better yesterday, I took a bunch of photos in the garden--all of these are from yesterday afternoon. Two different species of moths masquerading as other things: a moth that looks like a humming bird, and another that looks like a very large bumble bee.

And last by not least, a small black and orange moth (possibly a butterfly, but I'll have to do some research to determine which one).

so much for today's installment from bugdom....

have to get going, b/c it's Teri's birthday and I need a nap so I can be up and about for dinner tonight. :D Nina

nina,

although your photos are really beautiful, i love your garden (plants and flowers) more than the `beasts`.

congrats to teri, wishing you and teri a great day and dinner. it seems that it's a very nice day to celebrate!

Nina,

I knew those steroids would bring out the BUG GIRL in you even more! :)

Love the pics! Gorgeous! I am still learning how to use my camera! And often get blurry stuff and not the clarity I would like.

It's funny, I'm always learning something new from you about technology! :) My blog is really coming along thanks to you!

Em
