Crow
For some reason I am having a hard time finding just a plain old list or chart of high sodium food, online. (Anchovies, cottage cheese, etc etc.)Does anyone happen to have a link? I'm starting to get a bit tired of my old standbys.
SpinnyC
When I started eating high sodium I actually looked for lists of foods they tell people who are on low sodium diets to stay away from. All the foods that cardiologists tell all their normal patients to stay away from.
yogini
You have to be carefully because a lot of salty foods have MSG. Olives are good. I drink organic broth - no MSG and super salty.
peregrine
I'm a fan of canned soups, salted crackers, miso soup, soy sauce, things of that nature. It sure is funny to walk into a sandwich shop and ask what the saltiest soup on the menu is! People give you the weirdest looks :^)
puppylove
This isn't very healthy, but sometimes I dump salt into a bag of potato chips and shake it around. Or mix some himilayian pink sea salt into water. For some reason it just tastes better to me than normal salt.
