It'sMyLife
I'm looking for one and wondered if you had any suggestions. Thanks!
futurehope
Denise Austin Mat Workout Based on the work of PilatesI modify some things to suit my condition, but I have been using this for years.
firewatcher
I do Pilates with a physical therapist/personal trainer. (I am not able to keep up with a mat class) When I can squeeze in more, I use The Pilates Body book by Brooke Siler.
MightyMouse
I bought a used Pilates Performer (depending on maker, goes also by "reformer"), which involves laying on a platform close to the floor, that runs on rails/wheels, and you use your muscles to move your own body weight. I've also done some of the mat based workouts on dvd. I got them used on eBay.Nina

yogini
Pilates Complete for Everyone. It's great, because it has a bunch of different workouts of different lengths and levels, so you can slowly work your way up. You can also check ratings on amazon.com. I have tried the personal trainer/reformer route at the gym, but I couldn't have done that without starting out on the video.
JaneEyre9
I use the same Denise Austin DVD as futurehope. It's fantastic - especially the first workout which is pretty much all done lying down or sitting, so it's great for POTS. I've been using it for over 2 years and love it.You can get it at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Denise-Austin-Pilate...9487&sr=8-1Or Barnes and Noble: http://video.barnesandnoble.com/DVD/Denise...n/e/12236116813
HoudiniCat
I love all the Winsor Pilates workouts - great beginner ones for those days when you just want to take it easy and lots in the advanced series for when you want to give yourself a challenge. They were very popoular a few years back but you can still get them on eBay and Amazon.
