Over the past few days I have felt off balance. It gets worse outside or when I'm in large areas. I'm wondering if anxiety is causing this symptom..? I was on my feet alot today and did feel off balance inside, but my Bp was high-135/97 piles was 105. Do you guys think its more anxiety related or POTS? I am on.5mg lorazepam but had taken my dose almost 4 hours prior...

Just wondering if anyone has found relief by using a neti pot..? I have sinus pressure off and on which makes me feel dizzy. The pressure is right at the base of my nose and corner of my eyes. I can't take antihistamines bc I get tachy, so I'm looking for some relief!

Hope you're feeling some relief from all your symptoms soon. Lamictal is an AED-antiepileptic drug. Be careful with this one bc it is known to cause Steven Johnson's Syndrome-severe rash. Why does your dr believe this med will help? I know in some cases it's used to treat bipolar disorder, but I never heard of it being used for dysautonomia.

A spinning sensation that lasts a few seconds. It often wakes me up from sleep..I also get it while falling asleep..

Just wondering if anyone else has feet that are constantly ice cold. They even tingle a bit as well. When I try to layer socks on they then feel really sweaty and clammy. What helps with this?

Im pretty sure I have been hydrated. I know if I'm overtired the vertigo spins tend to happen, but this was after I had woken up from sleep last night.

I don't think I have mast cell disorder..?? I'll bring it up when I are my new specialist. I have barely eaten today and I am really bloated and belching a lot. All I have eaten today is one small cookie, gold fish crackers, and a half a banana. The bloating is awful and bothers my breathing.

Went to dr bc I have been having shortness of breath. At times I have a severe feeling of bloat in my stomach. I walk around and sometimes can belch a lot, however I haven't really eaten anything for a few hours. Has anyone had help with shortness of breath by taking zantac? Ativan does help a little, but I am still left feeling short of breath..

When I get sick it seems to cause a flare up.

I have not tried that brand before. In the past I did skip my period with the pill. I have been symptomatic lately and may do that again. Let me know how you do on that pill...

I have severe headaches and head pressure while on Florinef. I discontinued it bc the headaches were so severe.

I have been out of work for 7 years. I cannot work full time or part time due to the symptoms I suffer from. Even if I tried to get employment I most likely would not be able to work long. I have more "bad" days than "good" days.
