I am sure you will do just fine, you will have lots of friends praying for you. I have had quite a few surgeries since being diagnosed with POTS and have never had any complications, so I will hope and pray the same for you. (My POTS symptoms were even BETTER for a few weeks after having surgery the last time, so go figure???) Take care of yourself and let us know how things go. I had sinus surgery in 2003 and my best suggestion is after sugery, don't forget the simple things, like how much an ice pack can help with any pain in your head, face, jaw, etc. Follow the post surgical instructions for rinsing (if they tell you to)...and rest, rest, rest.MotherHenMouse, signing off. The surgery went smoothly and I didn't seem to react to the anesthesia in any odd ways. I'm feeling pretty puny but I'm in little pain -- I'm really thankful that the surgery is over and that I'm back home. My mom came in town to help take care of me.
