Has anyone noticed that when they get out of the shower their legs and feet have little white dots. They aren't bumps just little circles. I'm wondering what this is caused from. mom4cem Posted December 11, 2005 Report Share Posted December 11, 2005 I think it has to do with blood pooling. I will see that on my feet and hands. I really notice it on my hands when I am walking in warm weather or when exercising and getting hot. Seems when my arms are swinging or just down at my sides they become swollen and I see the spots. Guest Belinda Posted December 12, 2005 Report Share Posted December 12, 2005 Yes I was just recently diagnosed with POTS and Ithat was one of the first things that I had noticed.I notice then on my thighs and definitley on my hands it has something to do with the circualtion issues.So peculiar isn't it!
