persephone Posted November 17, 2005 Report Share Posted November 17, 2005 yes! In fact, I get it the other way round- when I get really, really tachy, I despserately need to go to the loo! I've not had any embarrassing accidents yet (touch wood) but my cardiologist in Dundee (scotland) told me that the vagus nerve affects bladder and bowel- a friend of mine at St Andrews has SVT and as soon as her pulse races she needs to pee like a racehorse!
