Tiredtoday
Does anyone else get leg pain particularly with napping or sleeping? It resolves when I move around. Just wondering if it is related to POTS? Thank you!
MeganMN
I definitely do! It is better when I take Magnesium, but I always have problems with this too.

Guest ScottS
For as long as I can remember, I've experienced all manner of idiopathic pain in my legs, feet, chest, side ribs, elbows, and shoulders while I'm sleeping. Or rather when I'm trying to sleep. Regular, daily exercise (riding an exercise bike, walking, YQi) and just generally staying active (and moving about) throughout the day helps lessen both the intensity and duration. When things get really bad I do "bed yoga" (which involves a variety of movements with my legs lifted to 90 degrees) and that helps. I've also experimented with supplements (far too many in number and advertised efficacy) but to no avail.
Pistol
I do get pain in my legs when I am in a flare and bed ridden. I do exercises every day to avoid them.
