bellgirl
Buzzing, tingling, cramping, shocking and crawling are all strange, but neurological symptoms for me.
Guest Alex
I get those types of feelings every now and then. All the doctors I've seen so far (including 2 cardiologists, a neurologist, an internal medicine specialist, my family dr and countless ER drs) have said that the symptoms are either inconclusive, inconsistent, or in my head.I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing the same types of symptoms. They're quite disturbing at times. Did you mention them to your doctor?Alex
Katybug
I got it when I was taking Topomax. I was awful. I see you are on Lexapro. You may want to look up side effects for that. I remember reading that people can experience some strange things when I was taking it a few years ago.
tachyfor50years
I hear you sister! Glad that you brought it up!Mine is like a cellphone vibrating for an hour or two! usually in my chest and abdomen, it feels like apulsating sensation that is painless but very annoying! and I could not stop it because I have nocontrol of it. The rhythm in my case is usually high speed and I can very much feel it within.Sadly, I think that there is no test to detect it.I just wonder what could this be? Hormones? Something neurological? digestion? blood circulation?

LindaJoy
Oh, I hate this symptom! Yes, that's exactly how it feels, like a cell phone buzzing. Mine usually starts in my gut or legs and can go on for hours. It drives me crazy. I have no idea what causes it, but I know, when I'm having this symptom, that all of my other symptoms are going to go out of control within short measure, too, esp. the symptoms I have after I eat.Linda
julieph85
I get it in my feet and lower lip. It is so annoying!
bellgirl
I think it is just a part of dysautonomia...nothing to really worry about, but irritating, and maybe scary at first, but you kind of get used to it...like ear ringing, which is constant for me! The other night I turned my head to the left, and the whole right side of my head felt like something was crawling around in it. It was only on the right side, like there was a line drawn in the middle of my head. It was just weird
aunie
I have this too. I find that it seem's harmless as well, just annoying and it was way scary when if first started happening. I also think it's some weird dysautonomia thing.
