MamaTrain
I have this alot but mostly at night when I'm real tired or when I get adjusted by the chiropractor. I have told my doc this and he just looks at me with the blank stare! I think it happens at night cause my nervous system has been stimulated all day and on certain days it just wants to shake a bit! It doesnt bother me as much as it used to but definitely gets on your nerves! KC
erik
I get in in AM too... and I checked my blood sugar just like you! Was normal. Not sure what it is. An exaggerated reaction to something normally on the upswing as one wakes up... cortisol or whatever else? I don't know.
ramakentesh
The body tremors are a result of either sympathetic system overactivity or your sympathetic system being overactive to try and maintain blood to your brain in the face of what ever is actually going on with POTS. toddm1960
My internal tremors hit during flair ups, they'll last for hours once or twice a day and put me on my back in bed the whole time. I can hardly walk, and I'm very light and sound sensitive while I have them. This will go on for months, then clam down when the flair is done. Only to return with the next flair
ramakentesh
Yeah that sounds pretty similar to here. Sound sensitivities suck when youve got heavy construction going on to you right next door LOL
