MamaTrain
I'm interested in knowing what people have to say too! I've read up on it and I was thinking of trying it also. Hope you get some replies!
ramakentesh
Id be curious how this goes. But I should add that while this may benefit some forms of POTS, it may make other forms of POTS worse. If you have blood pooling in your lower extremities, hot feet and hands I would probably be careful with gingko bipola. On the other hand if you have more vasoconstrictive varieties it may be of benefit theoritically. There are a myriad of other potential herbal interventions that may be helpful. Infact I found Butcher broom to be a far better alpha agonist than the medications available.
Rachel
I tried it a couple of years ago, but I didn't notice any benefit. It didn't hurt anything, but didn't help either. Rachel
bjt22
This was a supplement that actually made me feel worse. Quite disappointing. Valerian root also made me worse. As did magnesium supplements. On the other hand, ginsing, St. John's Wort, and high doses of B-complex vitamins did provide some relief for awhile.
