Hi! When I have tahicardy I need to use oxygen, and go to the bed. This is part of my medicine. I think that If you have tachicardy your heart need more oxygen, this is part of the reason that we have a faint. I know that many times we have our level oxygen ok, but I feel better with that. HI, I Think that the oxygen help us with the dysautonomi. I don' t know why. But I am sure that help. When I have a faint or If I have a POTS crisis, It really help me. I think it help us because the oxygen its a a important thig of our life. When I go to the beach I feel better, because in the beach we can have more oxygen in the air. Have a nice day!

HI, I am going to travel to USA, and my mom don' t know to speak english. If I have an emergency, someone know If in the emergency roms there are some who speak spanish. Do I need to make a pace of paper whith my problem in english?. hi, I did pilates five months, whith a special techer, I have seven moths that I didn' t have a faint. Its so great. I thik that the excersice that make you feel good its ok. But you need to ask at your Doctor first. For me it was great! Have a nice day
