I get it too. Whenever I lean my head back or look to the side I get dizzy. . . it's sooo annoying. I really don't think it's anything to worry about, think it's all just a part of Dysautonomia.

I don't know about vicodin but when I was taking steriods for a week for being really itchy, I felt wonderful! I had no symptoms of Dysautonomia (that I could tell)! As soon as I was out of the steriod pack, I was blacking out again! I know that Florinef is a kind of steriod but it doesn't help nearly as much as the other steriods I was taking.
