You mentioned Allegra D...many of us here have problems taking that D part of the medication which has the ephedrine in it. For me, my heart rate is insane after taking that.. I take the plain Allegra.

but I have noticed that when I take a Mucinex which is guifesein, my symptoms tend to feel a bit better...is that psychological?

I recently read that guifesein rids the body of toxins and was used for a while to treat fibromyalgia.

I have always loved shopping but my symptoms have worsened over the last 2 years. I find that I can not go to the back of a store or into large stores for fear of racing heart, dizziness and fainting.

I keep making excuses for things, how long can I do this?

I have the same problem. Since my symptoms worsened over the last few years, I have had 5 root canals and my teeth never hurt, I would just wake up one morning with a tooth ache and boom need a root canal,. My dentist can not explain it either.

MAybe something with the sinus cavities, I am speculating, I have been trying to figure this out as well!

We are too close for bus service....the Older kids in the area start school earlier and end later ..

We live about 2 blocks away from my kids school. And my husband expects me tio walk them to and from school.

I cant do it...just cant!

I feel awful that my kids miss out on walking but what can I do?

I had the strangest thing happen to me today.

I actually woke up feeling not too bad so I was

excited about that.

I was on the computer and there was a small fan blowing

next to me in my ear.

I out of nowhere got sooo soo dizzy I was really scared and of course my blood pressure monitor beeped low battery so I couldnt check. I crawled to the kitchen and had water and some salt but it took a while to shake it. When the dizziness calmed down a bit, I had those chills or tremors, I took an advil and an allergy pill..

what do you think that was?

could the fan have caused an inner ear imbalance or just a coincidence and bp dropped?

When you get novacain, you must ask for ephedrine free..

the epenephrine in the injection makes our heart race crazy..

I fond I feel well around ovulation time and then poorly when menstruation starts up to a week or so afterward.

Mu husband was in the hospital this week and I had to drive and do so much.

Likle you, I am also the oldest and used to help out and take charge.

I find this horrible...it stresses me out even more that we cant function enough to visit someone.
