Im having a freaky not cool thing happen in my head.. im having charlie horse's in my head... primarily at the base of my skull.. and in my left temple... i have a docs app. tomorrow..just wondering if any of you get these..they make my vision.. really cloudy and unfocused.. and make me want to barf big time..YUCK..they really stop me in my tracks.. not that im really up and about but you know waht i mean.. ugh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is the pain constant? Or does it come and go? Sometimes I get incredibly painful headaches at the base of my skull and the pain radiates to the sides of my head too. This happens when I almost faint, or when I wake up from a faint. I don't know if that is what you are talking about or not. If I tilt my head back as far as I can then the pain goes away fairly quickly. Otherwise it stays around longer. I don't know if they make my vision cloudy or not. I've never opened my eyes during them - it's too painful! I've never been given a good answer on those headaches, so I don't know what causes them. Maybe someone else here would. I have no idea if that was helpful or not, but that is the only really painful headache I have. I hope you can find some answers and help from some other people here. Maxine Posted January 25, 2007 Report Share Posted January 25, 2007 I get them dizz---------------I hate them, and they scare the you know what out of me.I don't get those that often, but they are scary when I get them. Dr. bolognese from TCI said it was most likely connected to my upper cervical spine/cranial instability.I hope you feel better soon dear...........you know I'm rooting for you...
