Flying with hyper-pots

@Jessica_ - I have flown to Europe twice since having POTS. I find that as long as I get IV fluids right before, have wheelchair assistance during transit onto the plane and drink plenty of water during the flight, wear compression hose ( which I usually cannot use due to Raynauds disease but need for long flights ) and get up every hour or so I do fine. I even have been able to tolerate the jet lag!!!
