stellaluna
I am normally on my feet much of the day indoors but sit often for quick breaks. This week I had an unusual day outdoors where I sat seldom and walked many miles in the 6 hours of my day (70-78degrees) It was too much of course and am still paying for it. I noticed pooling which I don't have often or don't notice often and when I do have it---I think it would be considered mild. Two days later I noticed a very large odd bruise on my calf as well as a few smaller ones. Does anyone link bruising with pooling or know of this? Nymph
I used to bruise all the time just from getting in and out of my car. I started taking Vit K2 and it resolved. I don't think it was directly related to pooling but started around the same times that various symptoms were either starting or worsening. Guest
I always have bruises on my legs that can't be explained. I first started to notice it when I was in university...and blamed it on my lack of coordination during/after many great nights out. Lol My evenings now are 1000x less eventful (15 years later) and I'm still usually bruised, so I guess my drunken stupor theory is out the window.
