Amalia01
Has anyone used castile soap to wash compression stockings?
Lily
I have never tried it. Sigvaris Access and similarly hardy hose goes in the washing machine. Fragile hose like Sigvaris Eversheer gets hand washed. They all get washed with whatever detergent I have.
Guest ANCY
I just put them in the wash with the rest of my clothes with just regular detergent. The ones I have now hold up well to this, however, I have had a pair in the past that was ruined by the washing machine.
yogini
There is a special hosiery detergent you can get that works well and helps the stockings last longer
Amalia01
Thanks to all who responded to my post. I am currently using the Sigvaris washing solution, but, I am trying to find a natural alternative. I just want to make sure I don't ruin my stockings (it is a mild detergent).
