artluvr09 Posted July 10, 2014 Report Share Posted July 10, 2014 My mom asked me to look this up for her but I could not find anything on it and I was wondering if you guys had anything similar or have any idea on what my mom just experienced.She said that when she went to turn her head after watching TV she had intense sharp pain in her eye. she said it almost felt like a lightning bolt went through it. it only lasted a second but she has never felt anything like that. They're fairly common, usually lasting just a few seconds and can pop up pretty much anywhere on your head. And yes, definitely check with her primary care physician this week.
