Lemons2lemonade
does anyone know of a resource citing how many possibly have OH or pots?

I have seriously been practicing meditation, positive living/thinking, yin yoga, etc...... Im really getting into the mind body connection and truly want to understand it..... and your picture reminds me of just what im trying to accomplish and master ~tennille~
Lemons2lemonade
aww thanks tennille, i think of it the same way I would love to go to Tibet and learn some meditation from a real monk! Plus, the high altitude could make some more blood volume and help the pots
ramakentesh
the articles all vary wildly on it - 500,000 americans is often stated. My doc said 1 in 200 people but that was never published. Blair Grubb's article or perhaps Julian Stewart's OI article might be where I saw it.
peregrine
Those are the numbers I've heard too.lemons - hopefully your blood volume would increase! I found post-diagnosis that I don't acclimate nearly as well as I used to, so I never quite get to being comfortable at the altitude I'm sleeping at (say 10,000 feet), even after a week sleeping at that height.
