scientific conferences for dyautonomia?

I am wondering if there are ever scientific conferences for dysautonomia. I have attended such conferences for Lyme where researchers and docs present their newest knowledge to one another and lay people are also allowed to attend. At the Lyme conferences that I attended I was able to introduce myself to docs/ researchers and ask very specific questions. You can learn things that sometimes you can't find in print. Anyway- just curious. . .

Hopefully there will be conferences again. I would love to attend a weekend conference so I could soak up lots of information, buy a tee shirt and mingle with all my dinet friends!
