How many CTs is too Many?

I had to cancel a couple becuase I think I had about 6 in the last two years, one year they were closer together, but different parts of the body.

I've had more than I even want to count. You could get an MRI, it isn't radiation. I know they cost more, but you don't want to keep exposing yourself to the radiation. It does build up.

I have to have CT scans because I have a pacemaker and can't do MRIs. I probably have 3 or so a year, and my doctor doesn't want me to do many more a year, but doesn't seem too concerned about that frequency. It probably also depends on the individual. Ask your doctor.

I've probably had about 4-5 in the last four years. I am like you, not wanting to have any more than necessary. But, I do have a growth on my adrenal gland, so something that probably necessitates a scan yearly.
