I really have made it a point to concentrate my energy on being a kind person and not getting irritated by stupid things or by people who want to get a rise out of me. It's really easy to let others' negativity bring you down. It's not that I used to be a bad person, but I think since I became ill that I have realized how important it is just to focus on loving others, taking care of others, being kind, etc. This video reminds me how important this is.
