  1. I quote CDC data: Since April 2021, increased cases of myocarditis and pericarditis have been reported in the United States after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna), particularly in adolescents and young adults. There has not been a similar reporting pattern observed after receipt of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (Johnson & Johnson). Could this imply a risk to us Dysautonomia/POTS patients? Should we wait a bit more to get the jab? What is the correct way to approach my cardiologist about my concern over the vaccines and the cardiac risk it opposes to young adults? Thanks.
  2. Not sure why, but right after my first (and last) tetanus shot the worst 7 years of my life begun, I don't know what it is about vaccines (perhaps heavy metals, aluminum) that may be damaging our nervous system. But in 7 years I've been trapped in my own house with several dysautonomic symptoms.
  3. Interesting, I tend to feel a bit of difficulty to swallow, and most of the time the feeling is more to the right side. To avoid that feeling of food sticking to my throat, I try simple things like avoiding dry food, or moisten it, and to try small bites, I also try to chew properly, but sometimes I fail at this. Breathing deep and slowly, is great for us. Specially if we feel a bit tight.
