ramakentesh Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 The thing that caught my eye about picamilon was that not only did it work on Gaba receptors to relax the nervous system, but it also is one of the few agents that seem to have a vasodilating effect that seems prominent from the carotids up...My specialist told me that most of POTs syptoms in his opinion are caused by cerebral vasoconstriction.
