nikigrl8883 Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 i thought id add to the bp mix... the past few days ive noticed a change in bp ...before when i stood up my bp wouldnt drop ,,,now its dropping dramitically to the 80s/50s last night laying down it was that low too even 80s/40s..what the heck is happening to me.....seems to be getting worse whatever i have...do beta blockers have that effect? when standing/ this is ridiculous my symptoms are constantly changing //bp wise/ weakness wise/// id didnt have that problem before/ before i jsut had very low bp while laying down,,,,,,,, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sunfish Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 first thing - YES, beta blockers certainly can & do lower BP.second thing - it's not unusual for many people with autonomic issues to have widely varying BPs from day to day, week to week, etc...obviously any change is good to bring up with your doc, esp if you're on betas, but i wouldn't get overly worried at this point. melissa Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
