Tanzanite
Does anyone get dizzy then get a bad headache or vice versa?I've had this for years.I also get a sudden dizziness, like a bad spinning and I feel like I've been pushed to the left. This all happens within seconds, then I can get a bad headache or it'll happen the other way round.

Kimba
I have been learning a lot about migraines lately, and have been reading that they can cause dizziness, head fog, etc. I am seeing a headache apecialist at Cleveland Clininc that hopes by treating my migraines my head fog can be decreased. My POTS Dr. thinks this may help as well. At my last POTS check up she indicated that my BP, heart rate etc seem to be better, and that at this point she is doubtful that my remaining 24/7 head fog is due to POTS. She encouraged me to keep working with the headache Dr. on this symptom. I am also learning that migraines come in many forms, and not always with the traditional head pain you normally associate with them. Mine are usually just a constant level of pressure behind the eyes, sometimes pain in the same area, and symptoms mistakenly diagnosed as sinus problems for years. Tanzanite
I get a lot of headaches due to my neck problem with the EDS. But all my life I've had the dizzy then headache or vice versa. I used to get vertigo attacks that would last 16hrs and if I took a migraine pill, it seemed to stop the vertigo a lot of the time but I wouldn't describe the headache as what you'd think of as a migraine. BEE
Right before I was diagnosed with POTS my neuro kept telling me the dizziness and weakness and pain I felt in my neck and head was from migraines..cervicalgenical migraines. Sometimes I would get the zigzags and lights without having a ture headache(no Pain) so migraines DO come in many forms. Now if I could only figure out how to ease them without taking anything with stimulants in it... .Ice and heat sometimes work but not all the time.Good luck with this..Bee
