Wufflebear Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 i dunno exactly but I notice that if I have a day where I am sitting in chairs/standing then it is MUCH higher...like I go every 45 min. If I stay reclined w/ feet up or laying down all day then it is much less..Like once every 2 hours or so..I think it is how much stress you are putting on your system.?? yogini Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Even if you are drinking the same amount of fluids, the timing of when you are drinking, salt intake (through food and gatorade), medicines, temperature/sweating and hormones/menstrual cycle would all affect urine output...though I am sure a screwy autonomic nervous system factors into things, too!
