bamagirl
Does anyone have autonomic neuropathy and small fiber neuropathy? It seems this is what I have and I was wondering if I am alone and is there a possibility of reversing it and the nerves regenerating?thanks, bamagirl
biatecki
Hi I have autonomic neuropathy..I was told I would get some nerve regeneration but that it would not be 100% and I would be left with some deficit that I would have to learn to live with .It has proved correct. It has taken five years and is still ongoing (I hope)!!!Margaret
DSM3KIDZ
I also was dx with Autonomic Neuropathy. My neurologist said it's basically the same as autonomic dysfunction. The autonomic nervous system is sending the wrong messages to the brain and the nerves are not doing their job. I know the treatments are all the same. She said it could stay the same, it could resolve, and it could get worse. We'll just have to play the waiting game.I guess if you can find the cause it would help control the symptoms. I have had MANY tests and still can't find the cause. How did you get dx? Did you do the autonomic testing?Dayna
