Another Suggestion

I just wanted to add another suggestion that I found helpful. I found this out by accident.

If you don't have licorice root, or you want to try something else, just put 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water or more and drink it. I've done this for heartburn before I go to bed.

The result is I find it easier in the morning after doing this because the baking soda is "salt" and I retain water while I'm sleeping and I feel better in the AM.

Be sure to check with your doctor to see if there is any reason you cannot do this. I don't want to make anyone unwell.

Hmmm, doesn't sound too tasty :) , but I guess what ever works!!!!
