Guest CyberPixie
Can you get a hoarse voice with POTS? Like when you've had a cold and your voice is very croaky but is better some days than others. Or does it just go with MSA?
michiganjan
I have had POTS for more than 25 years. A hoarse voice is not associated with POTS. I don't know about MSA. There can be many causes of a hoarse voice besides a cold or drainage from sinus. Acid reflux can make your voice hoarse from the acid coming up to the vocal chords. There can be others reasons as well. I would investigate another cause than POTS.
morgan617
Have to agree with jan. I get a lot of sore throats from reflux and cfs, but I almost never get hoarse, so off to the doctor with thee....mamamorgan
Guest CyberPixie
I had a virus before Christmas that lasted for weeks, the croaky hoarse voice started with that, then last week I caught a cold and it made it worse. I'm sure it's just having the viruses so close together but if it carries on much longer I'll have to see the Dr. I'm so fed up with not being able to talk most of the time!
