Jacquie802
What helps with nausea, besides getting a prescriptions for something. I do not like to take meds lol and I keep getting horrible stomach aches esp. when I am in stores, etc. I think the dizziness brings them on or something. Even today though I haven't been to any stores, etc and have a horrible stomach ache. Thanks for help
Aprilmarie52
gingerale helps me. Also, there are over the counter antinausea meds you can get. There are these things called preggie pops that are acutally for women with morning sickness, but they work on nausea too. I am right there with you tonight. I dont even want to look at food for some reason. Something must be in the air.
Jacquie802
Yeah, I have a prescription for Meclizine, but I don't really want to take it since it may even cause dizziness. I also have low bp so I wonder if it would make my bp lower?? Hmm...thanks for replying tho i really do appreciate it!
Lukkychrm42
Oh man.. I've got nausea now, but nothing like when I was on Florinef. I'm sorry you're having to go through that! When i got really desperate at work (waiting tables- haha) I would make gingerale from the bar with bitters... because the wristbands didn't work, swigging anti-nausea meds didn't work, and I haven't been through the GI workup stuff yet (on the table when I get back to the states). I know people with POTS who are on Zofran... is that the same thing? It gives them relief enough to be able to eat a little bit.Good luck!
