artluvr09
I borrowed a book from the library called Foods that Harm and Foods that heal and they say oranges or orange juice has interactions with beta blockers atenolol and celiprolol. I looked it up online and web md says to wait several hours before consuming orange juice before and after you take the beta blockers or it might not work as well. Here is the link http://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-11035/atenolol-oral/details/list-interaction-details/dmid-81/dmtitle-significant/intrtype-foodI thought that was interesting as I take atenolol. Katybug
Great find, artluvr! Grapefruit juice and pineapple juice can also interact with medications.
