artluvr09 Posted August 29, 2015 Report Share Posted August 29, 2015 I am having another weird spell. Its around the same time as last night! It started with me feeling antsy for no reason, then lightheaded, sweaty ( well clammy since I don't sweat normally.) and just feeling miserable. Like a adrenaline rush that won't stop. My heart rate went up to 111 as well. Any suggestions on how to calm it? I tried eating applesauce in case its blood sugar related but i don't feel any different. Anyone else get this? Katybug Posted August 30, 2015 Report Share Posted August 30, 2015 This is a common complaint for dysautonomia patients. It's hard to say what triggers it. It could be standing for too long. Or something you are or how much you ate. Doing something mentally challenging. Basically, anything that could cause a stress on your body. artluvr09 Posted September 1, 2015 Author Report Share Posted September 1, 2015 I think I was standing a while those days. and I had unhealthy dinners that night fried chicken and a banana with yogurt which wasn't bad but the fried chicken was so it could have been those combined.
