artluvr09 Posted February 27, 2015 Report Share Posted February 27, 2015 I had another migraine yesterday!!! I had three last wee and now one this week. I usually don't get them this close together. My headache is gone today but I am experiencing what they call the migraine hangover. I am extremely fatigured more than usual after migraines. I think I did too much today I should have just stayed home and rest. I woke up at 7 instead of 830 am today and I had to clean out my fish tank which took me almost 2 hours of standing and scrubbing. Then right after that my stepdad came home early from work because he was finished from the day and he drove me around to get pictures of the river with snow on it which I wanted to do but now I am even more tired! So tired its hard to function!! Tomorrow I plan to stay home all day and relax. Now I am very tired, irritable and anxious and I just want to get back to normal :/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you don't have a smart phone, you could just track it on paper. This is helpful to see if there are changes in migraine patterns, frequency, severity, etc.. I hear you on the tired, irritable, and anxious…it's so frustrating how that hits every time we do too much. :/ Hope you do get some rest, that the bad feelings ease, and the migraines leave you in peace again!
