Yolaclover Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 I recently had some blood work done, my B6 was low range was 5-50, mine was 2and my IGE was high, range was 0 to 100 (100 being very high) mine was 145What does this mean and could it be a reason why I'm so lightheaded so often?Thanks! issie Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 You do however, have to be careful with taking B6, too much can cause nerve issues - like neuropathies. Most alternative doctors also advise that if you take one B vitamin to take a complex with it so as not to imbalance your B vitamins.
