I grew up on well water which seems like it would have much more minerals than city water. Anyone elsewhere grow up or go through a period of life on well water?

I have a well and had it for a year for the first time in my life before I got pots. I drank it all throughout my pregnancy. After I delivered I had it retested and the lead was over the limit as well as nitrates. Sometimes I wonder if I got lead poisoning and that is what caused my pots...

Well water 30 years and holding. Had it tested when I was pregnant and found good spring water. Don't use any softeners or anything. Hard to drink city water. Do drink bottled water, but refill the bottles with well water.

I grew up with city water. Maybe 10 years ago went to reverse osmosis, thinking it'd be better than catching stuff floating around city water (they tended to have a lot of boil way advisories when i lived)

I recently started with a clinical nutritionist and looking at all my blood work & 24 hr urine, I have no minerals. He said one of the worst things for me was the reverse osmosis water :/ and to ONLY DRINK SPRING WATER
