Lemons2lemonade
I grew up on well water which seems like it would have much more minerals than city water. Anyone elsewhere grow up or go through a period of life on well water?

McKenzie
I've had well water most of my life too. Fir about 12 years, it was a deep well and the rest was from a shallow, spring-fed well, what we use now is filtered ground water.
goodnuff77
I was on city water for most of my life but well water for the past 10 years.
julieph85
I have a well and had it for a year for the first time in my life before I got pots. I drank it all throughout my pregnancy. After I delivered I had it retested and the lead was over the limit as well as nitrates. Sometimes I wonder if I got lead poisoning and that is what caused my pots... mwise
Well water 30 years and holding. Had it tested when I was pregnant and found good spring water. Don't use any softeners or anything. Hard to drink city water. Do drink bottled water, but refill the bottles with well water.
roxie
I grew up with city water. Maybe 10 years ago went to reverse osmosis, thinking it'd be better than catching stuff floating around city water (they tended to have a lot of boil way advisories when i lived)I recently started with a clinical nutritionist and looking at all my blood work & 24 hr urine, I have no minerals. He said one of the worst things for me was the reverse osmosis water :/ and to ONLY DRINK SPRING WATER
Darlene
we had a reverse osmosis system. now i live in town, and do not like the taste of clorine. i only drink bottle water (dasani), and vitamin water.
bunny
City water. Nasty, hard, lime-filled water. With copious amounts of chlorine (yuck!).
