icesktr189
Second day on lexapro. Been doing pretty bad, which I expected. Had a lot of panic attacks and feel very out of it and tired, but cant sleep. Also dizzy and cant really focus. Hoping this part ends soon! radiohfan23
Thanks for keeping us posted! I took this prior to being diagnosed and had similar problems getting acclimated but it did wear off after a short period, i believe a week or 10 days maybe. I stayed on it for maybe a month before stopping because I got scared about getting off of it down the road. However, this was probably prior to me having POTS come in full force. If it worked now for me with POTS symptoms I wouldn't hesitate to stay on it. And the first days are definitely the worst as you're unfortunately dealing with.Hang in there and best of luck, I really hope this works out well for you... Lord only knows you deserve a break! icesktr189
Thank you!It really helped me out last time, but i hate this part so much. I feel like im doing okay one minute, then freak out the next. I started on 2.5 mg of lexapro, and have no clue how I managed 10 last time. I think i just o.d. on klonopin last time lol. Worst is trying to focus my eyes beacuse I am really dizzy and nothing seems real :[

MomtoGiuliana
I also felt worse when I started on an SSRI but long term I felt so much better that it was worth it to go through that difficult period. I hope you feel better soon.
