Apache
Since choline is necessary for nerve signal transmission I was wondering if anybody takes it? Choline is also a precursor to acetylcholine, which also plays a role in the nervous system and regulates the speed of the digestive system. Has anybody had their acetylcholine levels checked? Sallysblooms
My doctor has a good brand and I took some. It saw a difference. Oddly the third time I felt bad. Could be a coincidence or just too much of it. Right now I try to eat a hard boiled egg each day. Great source of Choline.
nforste
I tried taking choline bitartrate, but felt really rotten. Apparently it's supposed to be suited for people with a symptathetic nervous system imbalance, unfortunately I reacted in the opposite way to the way you're supposed to.. felt really jumpy and jittery, couldn't sleep, felt off balance etc. I haven't been tested for acetylcholine levels though. See how you go!
sue1234
I tried taking Lecithin, which I believe is a precursor to choline. I took it for about a couple of weeks, but didn't notice anything.
Apache
I keep thinking about trying choline, but I react badly to supplements so I don't know if I should.
