potsgirl Posted November 10, 2010 Report Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi Mirry~I used to take Benadryl for allergies and also to help me sleep at night. My doctor suggested this...I also have orthostatic hypotension, but if you only take one or two at night you should be okay.
