Does anyone here have any experience with them and how they may effect POTS particularly where POTS is playing up at the time LOL. thanks! Kristin Posted July 16, 2021 Report Share Posted July 16, 2021 Hello, I am on Humira for Ankylosing Spondylitis, and had some good improvements in POTS symptoms after starting it - specifically my high heart rate and fatigue. I continue to have blood pooling, and pre-syncope/syncope (and some fatigue, but so much better). Dr. Grubb, my POTS doctor, said they are doing studies on TNF blockers for POTS.
