Hello, I am on Humira for Ankylosing Spondylitis, and had some good improvements in POTS symptoms after starting it - specifically my high heart rate and fatigue. I continue to have blood pooling, and pre-syncope/syncope (and some fatigue, but so much better). Dr. Grubb, my POTS doctor, said they are doing studies on TNF blockers for POTS.
